Cute Little Face
I think this is one of Rebecca's cutest faces. She has this expression often, when she's just looking around and observing everything, but I haven't been able to catch it on camera very much, so I was really excited to get this picture. She is wearing a 6-9 mos. size shirt, which fits her perfectly; and 12-mos. size pants, which are too short on her! I wish I knew how to change my camera settings so that I could eliminate the shadows from behind the head. This happens in lots of my pictures.

Have you tried turning on a light behind her? Not a light that would be in the picture, but just provide extra light. I try to take many of my pictures now set on 400 speed and during the day with lots of light in the room, so that the flash doesn't go off. I really dislike the flash, but sometimes it's necessary. You might also experiment with the angle at which you take the picture--the beauty of a digital camera...I take so many pictures of the same thing just to get the perfect shot. :)
